How long is processing/shipping?
Please allow 3-5 days for processing each order, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during promotional periods.
What if my pot is broken when it arrives?
Although we securely package each pot to ensure no damages, we understand some things are out of our control. If you receive a pot that is broken, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damage.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, due to the fragility of our pots we are not accepting exchanges or returns at this time. Please be sure to read through the descriptions to ensure our pot is perfect for your space!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package and location being shipped to. This will be calculated for each sale and presented at checkout.
